How to Book
Reservations and inquiries are accepted via our official LINE account or by phone.
* Our clinic operates by referral in principle. However, physical therapy, aesthetic treatments, Kampo, and nutritional support are available without a referral.

Book via Official LINE
Add our official LINE account via the QR code or link below.
Send us your full name, and you can proceed to the reservation form from the booking menu. You can also communicate directly with our physicians and staff.

By Phone
Please call us during clinic hours, and our staff will be glad to assist you.
Depending on your inquiry, we may follow up via LINE or email.

By Email
For inquiries outside business hours, please email us.
Include your name, preferred date and time, and the details of your inquiry. We will reply within two business days.

About Our Referral System
Our clinic operates strictly by referral. Please note that we may be unable to accept reservations without a referral.
* The following treatments and services are available without a referral:
- Physical therapy (chiropractic, acupuncture, Seitai, Pilates)
- Aesthetic treatments
- Kampo (herbal medicine)
- Nutritional support
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.
