AFRODE CLINIC in Omotesando is built around preventive medicine. When it comes to aesthetic treatment, we do not consider appearance in isolation.
Changes in the skin and hair are often related not only to age, but also to lifestyle, nutritional status and hormonal balance — the health of the body as a whole. At this clinic, a physician first carries out an examination, and only once the background to your concern is understood do we propose the treatment that is actually needed, within an appropriate scope. We do not recommend excessive treatment or high-risk combinations.

Hair Loss Treatment (General)
The entry point for examination and consultation on hair thinning and loss, for both men and women. Depending on your condition, we guide you toward AGA or FAGA treatment.
AGA Treatment (Men)
Treatment for male pattern hair loss combining oral and topical medication with mesotherapy and other approaches. The physician determines the treatment content individually, based on examination.
FAGA Treatment (Women)
Treatment for female pattern hair loss (FAGA) combining oral and topical medication, mesotherapy and nutritional support.

Q1. What aesthetic treatments does AFRODE CLINIC offer?
Our menu includes injectable anti-aging care (AestheFill®), a water-jet facial treatment (HydraFacial), a medical-grade skincare program available only through licensed medical institutions (ZO Skin Health), and hair loss treatment (AGA/FAGA). All of these are offered on the basis of a physician’s examination.
Q2. Can I receive an aesthetic treatment without a referral?
AFRODE CLINIC generally operates on a referral basis, but most items on our beauty menu may be booked without a referral. Please check each treatment page, or contact us, for details on whether a referral is required.
Q3. I’m not sure which treatment to choose. Can I get advice?
Yes. During the consultation and examination, we check your concerns and the condition of your skin or scalp, and the physician recommends a suitable treatment. You are welcome to start without having decided on a specific treatment in advance.
Q4. Are any of these treatments performed with a medication not approved in Japan?
AestheFill® and some hair loss treatments (oral minoxidil, mesotherapy, etc.) are elective (self-pay) care using medications that have not received pharmaceutical approval in Japan. For these treatments, each treatment page includes information about the unapproved medication, and the physician also provides an individual explanation before treatment, which proceeds only with your consent.

Most items on our beauty menu may be booked without a referral. Tell us about your concern and roughly when you would like to visit — a short message is enough. We reply by email, and a physician’s examination and consultation always take place before treatment, with a full explanation of suitability and risk.
