Inquiry & Reservation
Please contact us via official LINE, phone, or email. As we operate on a referral basis, kindly reach out through your referral source or our referral contact.

Complete Medical Questionnaire
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a medical questionnaire. Please fill in your current concerns, medical history, and lifestyle details.

Arrival & Check-in
We are a 5-minute walk from Omotesando Station Exit A2. Please aim to arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment and check in at reception.

Counseling & Consultation
Our physician will conduct a thorough consultation based on your questionnaire, taking the time to listen carefully to your concerns and understand your lifestyle in detail.

Assessment & Treatment
Based on your diagnostic results and consultation, we will propose a personalized care plan. Treatment and prescriptions are provided upon your informed consent.

Ongoing Follow-up
After your visit, our staff and physicians remain available via official LINE for continuous support. We walk alongside you—sharing your progress until your next appointment.

- Photo ID (driver’s license, My Number card, etc.)
- Health insurance card (for emergency use, even though our services are self-pay)

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I visit without a referral?
Our clinic generally operates on a referral basis. However, physical therapy (chiropractic, acupuncture, seitai, and Pilates), aesthetic treatments, Kampo herbal medicine, and nutritional support are available without a referral.
Is health insurance accepted?
Our clinic focuses on preventive medicine and operates as a private, self-pay practice. Health insurance is not accepted.
How long does a first appointment take?
Please allow approximately 60 to 90 minutes for your initial counseling, consultation, and any tests. Duration may vary depending on your individual needs, so we recommend allowing ample time on the day of your visit.
By when can I cancel or reschedule?
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us via official LINE or phone.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
