AestheFill
AestheFill®
Collagen Regeneration Filler
AestheFill® is a collagen-stimulating filler formulated with PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) as its primary active ingredient.
Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that provide immediate volume, AestheFill® works by gradually stimulating the body’s own collagen production over time — offering a gentle approach to addressing wrinkles, skin laxity, and changes in skin texture.
※ AFRODE CLINIC operates on a referral basis; however, AestheFill® consultations may be booked without a referral.
※ Results vary by individual.
Mechanism
How It Works
When PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) microparticles are injected into the dermis, the body’s natural response stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen. Over approximately 3–4 months, autologous collagen is gradually generated, supporting natural firmness and elasticity from within the skin.

Key Features of AestheFill®
PDLLA
Bioabsorbable Material
PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) is a highly biocompatible material that gradually breaks down into water and carbon dioxide within the body over time.
COLLAGEN
Autologous Collagen Stimulation
After injection, PDLLA microparticles have been reported to stimulate fibroblasts, promoting the body’s own collagen production.
DURATION
Gradual, Natural-Looking Change
Visible changes immediately after treatment are minimal; results develop gradually over 3–4 months. ※ Individual results and duration may vary.
